What to Expect

Community Driven
We are not a tour operator. Our trips are not -for-profit, made by and for you the community. All trip team members are volunteers and we run the event collectively as peers meaning all attendees can contribute to make this trip happen.
It’s basically like going away with friends.

Skiing and Snowboarding
Get access to a 4-day lift pass for the entire Grandvalira ski area, including over 200kms of slopes. There is a huge range of routes for beginners to experienced ski and snowboarders. You can also pay for lessons during the trip from qualified experts.

Other Activities
Our trips centre joy and community, so there will be lots of social activities during the trip including icebreakers, games, Après ski, and communal meals.
Location
Andorra, a landlocked gem between Spain and France, is renowned for its stunning mountain views. Nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees, Grandvalira in Andorra is the largest ski resort in the region and all of Southern Europe! Boasting over 210 kilometers of slopes, it's ideal for skiers and snowboarders of every level. Whether you're just starting out or an experienced pro, the variety of terrain and thrilling snowparks offer endless fun.
With 65 lifts, elevations ranging from 1,710m to 2,640m, freeriding zones, snowparks, and even night skiing, Grandvalira spans six resorts: Encamp, Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Peretol, Grau Roig, and Pas de la Casa. After a day on the slopes, enjoy the vibrant après-ski scene and other exciting activities!
Itinerary

Welcome to Andorra!
Shortly after arriving at the airport you will be picked up by the transfer and driven to your accommodation, close to the ski lifts.
You will have chance to settle in and rest, ready for your adventurous week ahead.

On your first ski/snowboarding day you will head to the kit hire shop to pick up your kit and lift pass.
Once you're all kitted up, you are free to explore the spectacular Pyrenees mountains.
There are optional ski and snowboarding lessons at an additional cost for those interested.
Each evening we will be curating exciting activities including ice breakers, games, and dinners.
At the end of your final day of ski/snowboarding you will need to head back to the shop to hand back your rental kit.

On the final day of your trip, after check out, you will be transferred back to the airport.
Accommodation
Situated in the beautiful Encamp and just a 15-minute walk from the Grandvalira ski lifts, this relaxed hotel also offers guests a complimentary ski shuttle for your convenience.
Enjoy daily breakfast, free internet access, and flat-screen satellite TVs, with some rooms coming with a private balcony.
All guests have the option of comfortable twin, or triple bedrooms with either en-suite or shared bathrooms.
Rooms are shared unless you request a private single person option.
Private rooms for single people cost around an extra £52 per person per night.
Our team allocates beds, so don’t worry if you’re coming alone. If you’d like to share with specific people, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We make no profit from tickets, and all prices have been calculated to cover the cost of the trip.
Bursary Tickets

Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
If you’re no longer able to attend the trip and can find someone to take your place, you will be able to transfer your ticket to that person by contacting us from the email address you booked cc’ing in the person you are transferring the ticket to. You have until the 1st February 2026 to make any ticket transfers. After this date it will no longer be possible.

Flight Information
Own flights
We recommend all attendees join the same flight as us even if booking separately.
Please contact us to get the exact flight numbers.
If you will be taking separate flights please make sure that you arrive at Barcelona Airport before or at the same time as the group flight to get access to the free transfer. With your return flight make sure you depart after or at the same time as the group flight. Details of the group flight are below.
If you miss the transfer you will need to make your own way to the hotel.
Group flight
To help with finding a good flight price for everyone, we have made a group booking with British Airways to secure seats on the same flight departing from and returning to London Heathrow Airport. These cost around £170 per person, including 23kg of luggage (prices may change slightly upon booking).
Important: We can only guarantee you a flight if you book and pay by 11:59pm, 7th December. After this date you will need to arrange your own flight to and from Barcelona Airport.
We make no profit from flights, we are simply paying for tickets on your behalf. As such, you must ensure that you have insurance that covers your flights and travel.
